"Stopping" error

If you get a "stopping" error and the program does not open, then you need to manually install a couple of applications:

1. Go into Documents->VAUPDATE->files->button 1





2. Double-click on AssureID Sentinel and click through until it successfully installs. If you get an error during the installation, please submit a ticket with the details and a screenshot.

3. After you install AssureID Sentinel, double-click on AssureID Document Library and click through to install it. If you get an error, submit a ticket.
